Shipping charges

All orders sold through the 5Merchants website eCommerce system are charged at the following rates New Zealand-wide:

From time to time we may offer special deals with free shipping.

Custom designed products such as ventilation systems and joinery are not sold through our eCommerce system and will have shipping calculated and itemised in the quote we give you.

Fulfillment

• We ship with NZ Couriers for smaller orders and Mainfreight for larger orders.
• Online orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of your order being placed. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order within this time frame, we will contact you.

Tracking your order

• Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Your order can be tracked via the NZ Couriers or Mainfreight websites.
• If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please feel free to contact us. Make sure you include your order number in any correspondence.
