Using the gathered information, we employ our sophisticated software to create a digital model of your home to identify any weaknesses. With this information, we can scientifically determine the most beneficial and practical improvements for your home, considering your goals, situation, and budget. Based on the Home Performance Audit results, we'll provide you with a comprehensive report detailing:

*Pricing is based on a single level, straightforward design. If your design and layout is complex, there may be an additional charge for the extra modelling required. If a site visit is required there will be an additional travel cost which is dependent on your location. Travel pricing will be discussed at your initial consultation.
The difference to our reports is that we evaluate key areas such as windows, insulation, drafts, materials, and ventilation using energy modelling and building science – not just a checklist or someone’s opinions on how it might be performing.
Using software to model your home allows us to diagnose actual performance issues and offer tailored and measured recommendations to enhance the comfort and health of your home.
Our reports and recommendations are always customised to the specific conditions of each property, ensuring that your home's comfort, energy efficiency, and overall performance are optimised. Without this information any renovations are only guess work and may not improve the conditions.
A builder’s report is a visual inspection and the state or condition of the components of a building. Our Home Performance Audit models the performance and energy-efficiency and will allow you to understand how the fabric of your home performs.
The best time to conduct a Home Performance Audit is at the start of your retrofitting journey, before any plans or work has begun, because it will help you understand what changes will provide the most significant improvements and the best value for money.

- What levels of insulation, window frames and glazing you have
- What type of heating and lighting (eg. down lights or surface mounted lights)
If this information isn’t available, we will arrange a visit your home to get the information needed at an additional cost.
Once we have received all the required information it will take our team around 4 business days to complete the Home Performance Audit.
Within the Home Performance Audit report, we will provide recommendations on which products and materials will provide the best solution. Through our network we can also recommend a licensed builder if required.
