This allows us to understand your current situation and the level of information you have available to guide the next steps. It also gives you the opportunity to learn more about our service before choosing which Home Performance Audit package to proceed with.

Information Gathering
To create a model of your home we need to understand the plans, location, and materials used to build it. Ideally you would supply us with the building plans, but we understand that many older homes won’t have that level of documentation available.
Photos are also extremely helpful. We can arrange a visit to your home to get the information needed if you're unable to provide it to us.*

Energy Modeling
Using the gathered information, we employ our sophisticated software to create a digital model of your home to identify any weaknesses. With this information, we can scientifically determine the most beneficial and practical improvements for your home, considering your goals, situation, and budget. You'll be amazed when we show you the performance results these improvements can achieve.

Reporting
Based on the Home Performance Audit results, we'll provide you with a comprehensive report detailing:

*Pricing is based on a single level, straightforward design. If your design and layout is complex, there may be an additional charge for the extra modelling required. If a site visit is required there will be an additional travel cost which is dependent on your location. Travel pricing will be discussed at your initial consultation.
